So here is my latest update, I have decided to slightly lessen my expectations of how much time i can disclipline myself to do. I started off with a 2 hour a day commitment, but am finding it near impossible to find the will power to do that much per day, and in fact its actually putting me off doing it as much as I would like. So my theory is that if I start off small, get that habit ingrained within 30 days, then I can build on that later.
