This is the second ICAP live journal video, here I run you through the actual hardware and software that the release meter uses to do its thing.
Well I hear a lot of people complaining about the ICAP being so expensive. And believe me I understand, especially with the current world economic situation how it is. The thing that we have to remember, is that this tech was definitely not cheap for Ray Caamano and his team to develop.
I also like to remind myself that we are so very lucky to have something that can tell us what the ICAP can. I mean, never in the history of our race have we had such an amazing opportunity to get past our inner limitations.
