In Order For Us To Be Happy We Must Focus On What We Want…

The title may sound a little shallow when you first read it. The thing is, if you think about anytime in your life when you were happy, you will realize that you were thinking thoughts that made you feel good, ie, you were thinking thoughts which you liked and were in agreeance (is that a word!) with.

Same goes with anytime you felt stressed, most likely you were thinking thoughts about things that you did not want to happen or about things that had already happened that you did not like very much. This is something that we really can’t escape from as humans. See even when you say well, there is this thing in my life and i don’t like it, but I don’t feel unhappy when I think about it, its likely that that is because you have found a way to think about it in a positive way, and really you are still having “positive” thoughts about that “negative” thing.

So how does releasing relate to this? Well we are quite often addicted to thinking about things that we don’t like or don’t want in our lives. Releasing is THE best way to let go of these attachments and aversions on a deep (subconscious) level. More on this another post…..
